On the first day, they did some boxing training in the morning and after that they had a lot of time to get to know Puerto de la Cruz on their own. On Sunday they made a discovery tour through the Loro Parque. It is a must-see here in Tenerife. You can see different kinds of animals and you can visit a lot of exciting shows. During the week, in the mornings they had a special training with local coaches. They did a run in the altitudes of the Teide, the volcano on the island. After that, they had a special boxing coaching at a local gym here in Puerto de la Cruz. They also had lessons in swimming and basketball. They not only focus on boxing so that they can gain experiences in a variety of sports. On Tuesday they had their first work experience visiting a british school. They coached the students during their gym class some basic boxing skills. On friday they went to a spanish school in Punta Brava, certainly they teached these students in spanish. As in the afternoon they not only have training but also take Spanish lessons, learning the vocabulary they need to work as a coach.
