20 Latvian students participated in internships in tourism, beauty salons, and the pastry industry in Tenerife. The students were able to gain hands-on experience in these fields, learning about the day-to-day operations and specific skills required for each profession.
During their 3-month stay, the students were able to learn about and adopt the local culture and customs, you know how the saying goes… when in Rome, do as the Romans do. They also learnt about the specificities of the Canarian culture and had the opportunity to practice their language skills and make new friends with both locals and other interns.
