After one month of Spanish classes, this group of 12 persons was fully prepared for four months internship in restaurants. It was a full internship for them as they had some theoric and technical parts.
The Spanish teacher told the group that to successfully complete the internship they needed to know how to recognize typical Spanish dishes. That is exactly what they did. After a few hours of practicing, they were ready to start to cook and deliver their work to customers. And that’s when the fun began.
