In this course, I help teachers to create a school environment that is about acceptance and appreciation, free of bullying and conflicts, where everyone can be themselves.

This course aims at providing the necessary tools for students, parents and teachers to create a safe environment in their daily practice.

By enhancing everyone’s creativity, curiosity, engagement, and fun, we can create a warm atmosphere at school, where everyone feels welcomed. Our first step will be to spark teachers’ creativity and motivation by exploring with them modern inspiring methods for developing strategic lesson plans. We will cover all of the stages involved in teaching:

✓ Class management

✓ Class preparation and delivery

✓ Assessing

✓ School task organization

✓ Parent-teacher communication

Additionally, we will delve into different activities to understand the way peers relate and interact to strengthen their relationships. We will also provide multiple resources to develop an efficient game-based practice which will generate a school filled with attention, acceptance, appreciation and affection, where everyone can be themselves. It’s the perfect opportunity to explore, research and analyse our own roles in order to create a more stimulating learning environment.

Tired of conflict bringing you down? Tired of workplace, home and school conflicts? Fed up with bullying?

No matter how close a team is, conflicts are unpredictable and can still occur. When a conflict is not managed well, it will negatively affect classroom performance, absenteeism, school climate, etc. In your role as a teacher, you must know when to intervene. Ignoring even a seemingly minor conflict could poison a situation and ultimately wreak havoc.

In this workshop, we will learn to look at conflict as an opportunity for improvement. We will practise some techniques to address and solve conflict situations within the classroom, the school, or even at home. To do so we will learn how to address and understand different types of personalities in order to create healthy relationships with our peers and students. We will learn how to deal with stress and anger, and to understand and manage emotions. We will also acquire tools to improve the way we communicate. As a final step, we will discuss bullying and different types of bullying, as well as provide useful tips to help prevent it from happening.
