Nine Tourism students from Slovenia came for a month to learn about their careers in local restaurants all around Puerto de La Cruz.
The students were invited to get an in-depth understanding of the different concepts of food and wine service. While working, they also attended some seminars at the academy to improve different aspects of their daily work. They also had the opportunity to interact with their peers from other countries.
