Motivation and Personal Development with outdoor activities
Personal development is an ongoing process of self-improvement across all fields of live: work, school, or home. This course is targeted at personal development and self-motivation both in professional and personal life.
At the course we will explore the nature of motivation, as well as self-motivation techniques e.g. goal-setting, time management, mindfulness, combining those with positive thinking, the creation of powerful visions of success, and the building of high levels of self-efficacy and self-confidence.
As a result, you will better know yourself, your need and values, strengths and weaknesses, develop emotional intelligence, improve soft and communication skills, and increase productivity.
The acquired tools and techniques can be further implemented at work with children or colleagues to create healthy routines and build trustful relationships.
This course combines the classroom theory in the morning and practical modules in beautiful outdoor places in the afternoon.

The classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday from 9 AM till 3 PM. This means that you will still have a lot of time to discover Tenerife after our intensive training.

LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES
Students are offered many free leisure activities, including a visit to the botanical garden, surf trials, salsa and flamenco lessons, Spanish culture introduction and volleyball.
Visit Loro Parque – the famous parrot paradise
Spend a fun day at Siam Park – the water kingdom of Europe
Travel to La Gomera, and spend the day at this beautiful neighbouring island of Tenerife
Take a hiking trip in Maska to check out the hidden miracles of the island
Visit the world’s third largest volcano on a day trip to Las Cañadas del Teide
