For Teachers, trainers and educators who want to strengthen their own resilience and capacities and create supportive environments for their students.
We live in uncertain times. With the current and urgent challenges which we face in today’s world, we are constantly in a state of change. How we handle a crisis and deal with changes depends strongly on how much resilience we have. Resilience is a necessary quality for coping with life’s obstacles and unexpected changes. It has always been important, but it may be even more important nowadays.
This training will help you to reflect on your own resilience and understand how to strengthen it on your personal level but also on the level of your teams, groups, classes and communities. Strengthening resilience leads to reduced risk of burnout, better quality of learning process and more supportive environment for both students and educators. On a personal level you can use resilience to become stronger, happier, and more successful.
The training is led in a process-oriented way, which means that content and methods are being adjusted to every group and its needs.
You will experience different methods involving:
cognitive thinking (short inputs, collecting knowledge),
emotional intelligence (teamwork, relation to everyday life) and,
self-reflection (individual tasks, self-assessment exercises).
This mix provides a good learning experience and helps participants to be involved and achieve their own learning goals with support of the trainer.
