a psychologist and coach with more than 15 years of experience in talent management, both at an individual and group level.
I specialize in helping small and medium sized companies optimize their talent management, boosting their success and creating healthy and attractive work environments. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of human resources, encompassing several areas that have allowed me to view people and team management from different perspectives.
My approach is based on leveraging the strengths of each member and building organizations where people really want to work.
One of my great passions is to accompany people in their self-discovery and personal growth. As a coach and psychologist, I dedicate myself to guide each individual in their transformation process, which provides me with an enormous learning experience for my own life process.
